  • Evaluate and recommend modifications of basic IT systems that take into account changes in business requirements or equipment configurations to improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating costs.
  • Coordinate activities of cross-functional teams to achieve various aspects of IT projects, including work plans, system design and testing.
  • Provide input on feasibility, design, testing, process flow, and controls across projects.
  • Work with the business to provide data, systems and technology for effective and efficient use of business applications, processes or controls to ensure successful integration of all projects, enhancements, maintenance and problem resolution.
  • Follow established policies and procedures; determine and recommend potential enhancements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

YOUR ROLE

Responsible for conducting business analysis as it relates to software, processes or design for project planning requirements analysis, software testing, or end-user training activities for business applications and makes recommendations for the most effective methods to meet the needs of the organization. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and related job specific software applications.
  • Ability to learn and understand complex computer hardware and software technology.
  • Ability to develop and document processes and procedures.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Minimum:
  • Certifications and professional credentials may be required for this position.
  • Advanced business analysis skills.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in requirements gathering, configuration and testing.
  • Some knowledge of project lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of the specific applications supported.
  • Strong IT background and experience in application(s) issues resolution.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a business, process or functional analyst for an IT organization.
