Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a Site Support Technician (IT/IS Key User) to oversee the facility's technology infrastructure, install and maintain hardware and software, and provide on-site support for desktops, printers, and peripherals. We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Site Support Technician (IT/IS Key User) to support our facility’s technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting IT systems and services to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable configuring hardware and software, responding to service requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems to meet operational needs.
• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely manner.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
• Warehouse Facility-based role with hands-on technical responsibilities.
• May require occasional after-hours support or weekend availability.
