Job summary

Suvi Global Services is seeking an IT Analyst I to support IT across all DoW OIG networks. The role includes defining, designing, developing, and implementing computer applications and solutions, while evaluating and upgrading existing programs.

Responsibilities include overseeing implementation with programmers and vendors, ensuring security and proper testing, and addressing issues under supervision. Minimum 3–5 years IT experience and IAT Level II certification (or within 90 days) are

• Work under direct supervision and refer complex issues to higher-level staff.

To join our team of outstanding professionals, Responsibilities * Define, design, develop, and implement computer applications and solutions. * Evaluate applications used by the organization, and upgrade or enhance existing programs.

• Conduct surveys to consider user needs and capture marketing research data. * Oversee the implementation of computer solutions by managing programmers, coders, and equipment vendors to ensure the design is properly executed in a timely manner and stays within budget. * Define and enhance computer applications used, works closely with management to know the plans and goals to make immediate developments on the system. * Ensure that the system is secure and the network is well filtered. * Test and integrate programs. * Perform work under direct supervision. * Handle basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT field.
• Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent, or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.

Desired Qualifications

CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Certification.
