Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors LLC is offering a 10-week Summer Internship in Chicago, IL, delivering hands-on software engineering and infrastructure experience. You will work with the engineering team on meaningful projects and learn how code moves from concept to production in a secure, reliable, and repeatable way.

Interns gain production-relevant experience while building scalable engineering practices and practical skills that support delivery and reliability in a financial-services context.

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Interest in software engineering, AI, and emerging tech.
• Foundational knowledge of one or more programming languages.
• Exposure to AI/ML, data analysis, or cloud concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, development, testing, and implementation of software and AI-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to projects addressing business needs and improve efficiency.
• Assist with writing, reviewing, and troubleshooting code following standards.
• Participate in data preparation, model testing, and AI tool evaluation.
• Support integration and deployment across environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and project updates.
