• At least three years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical end-user support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system access, and connectivity issues to maintain productivity and minimize downtime.
• Perform routine systems maintenance, including backups, recovery options, and file maintenance.
• Maintain system uptime and performance by proactively addressing system issues.
• Acquire, install, and test system software upgrades and updates.
• Install and test computer hardware/components as required.
• Configure system software to meet operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems involving systems and software and basic networking.
• Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure and related information.
