Job summary

The Great Basin Unified Air Pollution Control District is seeking an Information Technology Administrator to lead and oversee all aspects of the District’s Information Technology Division. This role is based in Bishop, California and requires an in-person presence at the District office.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with enterprise IT systems, capable of managing complex projects, supervising technical staff, and collaborating with staff to maintain secure, reliable technology

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise IT systems and infrastructure
• Ability to manage complex IT projects and supervise technical staff
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and maintain secure, efficient IT systems to support agency operations.
• Oversee network and systems administration, security management, communications, programming oversight, web infrastructure and data management.
• Provide strategic guidance on technology solutions; manage IT assets and budgeting; ensure reliability, security and availability of information systems.
