Beltrami Electric Cooperative is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to bolster our technology infrastructure and drive cybersecurity initiatives. You will lead security programs, monitor events, and coordinate vulnerability testing while collaborating with leadership to reinforce best practices.

The role emphasizes proactive security, regulatory compliance, and user education, ensuring robust protection and reliable IT services across the organization.

Qualificações

• Degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two to four years of desktop support experience including imaging, GPO, and asset inventory.
• Two to four years of network/server admin experience (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server).
• One to two years of cybersecurity program support, security monitoring, and incident response experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cybersecurity, end-user security and PCI compliance programs.
• Monitor security events from servers, firewalls, and IDS for breaches or policy violations.
• Investigate security incidents and advise IT Manager/CEO on remediation actions.
• Develop and deliver employee security awareness training.
• Plan vulnerability assessments, scans, and security testing activities.
• Maintain and enhance cybersecurity policies and procedures.
