Job summary

Cabras-Marine-Corporation is seeking a hands-on IT Administrator to join a small, high-impact IT team in Guam. You will manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, device enrollment via Intune/Entra ID, and support for Windows Server and Sage 50, while upholding security and compliance standards.

You will provide Tier 1/2 user support across offices and vessels, document procedures for audits, and coordinate with vendors and ISPs as needed. On-site in Guam is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT administration or systems support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS computers, plus mobile devices with M365.
• Familiarity with Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, DNS and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication with non-technical users.
• Ability to follow documented procedures in a compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, including user lifecycle, licensing, mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups.
• Manage Windows devices via Intune, Entra ID, and Autopilot, including enrollment and policies.
• Monitor Defender for Endpoint alerts and respond to incidents.
• Support legacy cPanel/WHM email hosting during migration to Exchange Online.
• Maintain email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and deliverability.
• Support Windows Server management, licensing, patching, and backups.
• Assist Sage 50 for finance with installation, updates, and user access.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support across offices and vessels.
• Track hardware and software assets; document procedures for CMMC/DFARS audits.

Job description

We're looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to join a small, high-impact IT team. You'll handle
day-to-day administration across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, email infrastructure, and user
support, while helping us maintain a strong security and compliance posture. This role reports to the IT
Systems and Cybersecurity Administrator.

Job Details:

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, including user lifecycle, licensing, mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups
• Manage Windows devices through Intune, Entra ID, and Autopilot, including enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployment
• Monitor and respond to alerts in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Support legacy cPanel/WHM email hosting across multiple company domains during our ongoing transition to Exchange Online
• Maintain email authentication and deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Support Windows Server administration, including licensing, patching, and backups
• Support Sage 50 for the finance team, including installation, updates, user access, company file backups, and troubleshooting
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to users across offices and vessels
• Track hardware and software assets in our internal asset management system
• Document procedures and configurations to support CMMC and DFARS audit evidence
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and telecom providers on service issues and billing

Required

• 2+ years of IT administration or systems support experience
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS computers, as well as iPhone/iPad and Android devices, including Microsoft 365 access, device enrollment, and common connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11, Active Directory concepts, DNS, and basic networking
• Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication with non-technical users
• Ability to follow documented procedures in a compliance-driven environment

Preferred

• CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104)
• Experience with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, or DFARS environments
• Experience with cPanel/WHM or Exim mail servers
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint experience
• Experience supporting Sage 50 or similar accounting software in a multi-user environment
• Scripting ability in PowerShell or Python
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
