ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an IT Admin. II (Security Operations) to join the security and IT teams in Fond du Lac area.

The role focuses on implementing and maintaining enterprise infrastructure with a strong emphasis on security and risk management. The candidate will support security governance programs, coordinate audits, and participate in on-call rotations, ensuring alignment with NIST/ISO/CMMC frameworks and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise security governance programs or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO, CMMC) and related regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, NYDFS).

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain enterprise infrastructure, networks, systems, and platforms to ensure security and performance.
• Support and enhance security posture by applying moderate to high-risk changes per design and configurations.
• Identify and address workplace hazards, promoting HSEQ culture.
• Support internal and external audit activities by translating technical risks into business communications.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide continuous security and infrastructure support.

II (Security Operations), you will be part of the IT Department supporting security and infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Implement and maintain enterprise infrastructure, networks, systems, and platforms to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Support and enhance the organization’s security posture by implementing moderate to high-risk changes following established designs and configurations.
• Identify, communicate, and address workplace hazards and risks, promoting a strong health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) culture.
• Support internal and external audit activities by converting technical risks into clear, business-friendly communications.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure continuous security and infrastructure support.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level security governance programs or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, CMMC, and familiarity with regulations like HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and NYDFS.
• Experience with tools that map controls against multiple frameworks and supporting internal and external audit activities.
• Excellent analysis, writing skills, and the ability to communicate technical risks effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
