Job summary

Qualifications

• Define, document, and maintain end-to-end program-management processes and governance for ISV projects.
• Lead development of reusable work products: SOPs, process maps, templates, dashboards, charters, and training materials.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities; prototype, validate, deploy, and sustain solutions across business functions.
