Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years’ related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general and targeted outreach and recruitment/enrollment activities to obtain and retain ISTF members.
• Utilize recruitment and enrollment strategies to meet ISTF recruitment metrics and ensure placement of sufficient qualified members.
• Maintain accurate records of memberships and assist in coordinating membership programs with local, state, and federal agencies.
