The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) seeks an ISTF Membership Recruitment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and drive ISTF recruitment, outreach, and enrollment across Texas. You will collaborate with state agencies and partners to raise program awareness and ensure smooth enrollment and reimbursement processes.

Role requires strong outreach and presentations, plus the ability to work on-site with occasional travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of related work experience.
• Willingness to deploy on short notice and travel up to 40%.

• Conduct general outreach and enrollment activities to recruit ISTF members.
• Coordinate outreach strategies to meet ISTF recruitment metrics.
• Prepare recruitment documents (brochures, forms, guides) and presentations.
• Travel and deploy for SOC activations and ISTF operations as needed.
