Job summary

GDIT seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in McLean, VA, to support customer activities and provide cybersecurity risk management as a service. You will help ensure secure and compliant IT operations, coordinating RMF processes, SSPs, and A&A documentation while working on a premier security services team.

The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with an active polygraph and 8+ years of related experience, with strong AWS and cloud security knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity) required.
• 8+ years of related experience in information security or cyber risk management.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required or ability to obtain a clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide information assurance support to systems and programs.
• Coordinate and implement cyber security policies, standards, and processes.
• Maintain operational security posture through RMF and ensure compliance with security controls.
• Possess strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud security.
