Qualifications

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of related work experience.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in support of a DoD component.
• Minimum of three (3) years as a staff action officer (e.g. DoD Staff, CCMD staff, Joint Staff, or equivalent).
• Experience with RMF, system authorization, Vulnerability Management, and cybersecurity assessments/evaluations/reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite ISSO support to SAF/OCB Information System Security Managers (ISSMs) where information systems are located, including the Pentagon and Fort Washington MD.
• Coordinate cybersecurity processes for SAF/OCB Information Systems, including RMF, cyber incident handling, and continuous monitoring.
• Develop iterative proposals for improved mission capability, efficiency and coordination across the enterprise.
• Advise on security documentation and system authorizations per DoW, Air Force and multinational guidance.
• Travel locally within NCR and occasional long-distance travel outside the NCR.
