Job summary

ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to deliver RMF support for multiple environments, maintaining documentation and eMASS records.

Two ISSOs will coordinate access, vulnerability remediation, and security procedures, with expectance of DoD 8140 compliance and potential SECRET clearance; on-site at JBSA–Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RMF experience with cybersecurity services.
• Current, valid CompTIA Security+ certification and verification details required.
• DoD 8140 requirements knowledge for DoD 8140 work role 721 (ISSO).
• Active SECRET clearance strongly preferred; ability to obtain/maintain clearance.
• On-site work at JBSA–Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX; start date November 30, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF activities and ATO maintenance per NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5, CNSSI 1253, DoDI 8510.01.
• Enter and monitor system information in eMASS, ITIPS, and AFRL RMF Workflow.
• Prepare System Security Plans, Security Assessment Reports, POA&Ms, risk assessments, inventories, and procedures.
• Conduct or support vulnerability scanning using ACAS and track remediation.
