Fidelity Partners Services in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support DoD RMF and cybersecurity across AFRL environments. The role focuses on implementing security controls, maintaining RMF artifacts, and coordinating with government leads to ensure compliance.

Two full-time, on-site positions with a base year of 2026–2027; Secret clearance highly desired and required for certain duties.

Competenze

• Associate degree in IT or Cybersecurity required.
• Minimum 1 year RMF/cybersecurity experience.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
• Meet DoD 8140.03 education/training/certification requirements.
• Must execute a nondisclosure agreement before starting.
• Current Secret clearance is highly desired.

Mansioni

• Perform ISSO and DoD 8140 work role 721 responsibilities for classified and unclassified systems.
• Implement, assess, monitor, and document security controls and RMF artifacts.
• Maintain eMASS records, ATO docs, vulnerabilities, STIGs, and inventories.
• Coordinate with system owners and cybersecurity personnel to resolve issues.
• Provide cybersecurity guidance, training coordination, and audit support.
• Maintain RMF artifacts, plans of action, and risk assessments.
• Prepare system security plans and evidence packages.
• Use approved scanning tools to identify vulnerabilities and track remediations.
• Support audits, inspections, and configuration-management reviews.
