Job summary

Mantis Security Corporation is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to lead the Assessment and Authorization activities for multiple analytic mission systems. The ISSO will drive RMF adherence and develop the security body of evidence to support Authority to Operate decisions.

The role requires DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, TS/SCI eligibility, and the ability to obtain a CI polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 7 years of experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification requirements (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP).
• Must have current TS/SCI eligibility or Active TS/SCI.
• CI polygraph eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the A&A and RMF processes for multiple information systems.
• Coordinate with software and cloud engineers to ensure security controls meet requirements.
• Create and maintain SSP, CONOPS, STP, and STP procedures.
• Maintain Security BoE files using Xacta and support A&A for each release cycle.
• Provide guidance on security policy and technical requirements.
