Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to join our Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The role supports mission-critical national-security systems and requires on-site work in a secure environment with a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.

You will assist in implementing security policies, maintaining the IA posture, and coordinating with the ISSM and mission teams to ensure secure, compliant systems, including C&A documentation and security ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of ISSO experience in lieu of degree.
• Fifteen years of ISSO experience on programs/contracts of similar scope.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level I certification or higher.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Ability to work full-time on site in a secure environment.
• Experience with information-system security policies, standards, methodologies, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational security posture of information systems and programs.
• Implement and enforce information security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Coordinate IT security programs and policies; develop system security policies for compliance.
• Support ISSM in maintaining IA posture for systems and enclaves.
• Evaluate security solutions for processing classified information.
• Perform vulnerability and risk assessments for ATO/AC packages.
• Develop and update SSPs, RA reports, C&A packages, SRTMs, and other IA docs.
• Support CN S security documentation per ODNI/DoD policies and NIST RMF.
• Assist with security authorization, certification, and accreditation activities.
• Manage CM for security-relevant software, hardware, firmware.
