Job summary

SageCor Solutions in Maryland seeks an experienced ISSO to support information security across programs with TS/SCI and polygraph requirements. The role requires DoD 8570 IAT Level I+ and a bachelor’s in CS or related field, with five years of ISSO experience and familiarity with RMF, security documentation, and risk management processes.

Responsibilities include enforcing security policies, conducting risk assessments, maintaining security posture, and preparing C&A packages and SRTMs.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of ISSO experience on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Experience must include at least one of: security tools, hardware/software security implementation, communication protocols, encryption techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher is required; four years additional ISSO experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Supports information security across the program lifecycle.
• Creates and enforces security policies and procedures; manages daily security operations.
• Assesses risks, manages security settings, and reviews changes for security impact.
• Prepares SSPs, risk assessments, C&A packages, and SRTMs.
• Supports system authorization under RMF and uses Splunk to monitor security events.
