SierTeK Ltd is seeking two Information System Security Officers to support AFRL/AFRL-related DoD cybersecurity operations at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston. The ISSOs will manage RMF compliance, ATO packages, vulnerability assessments, and documentation across NIPRNet, DREN, RDTE, SIPRNet, and standalone enclaves.

Strong RMF knowledge and DoD policy experience are required. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in IT/Cybersecurity, Security+ certification, and experience with eMASS and ATO processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-style equivalent cyber or IT background preferred.
• Experience with RMF requirements and RMF artifacts.
• DoD cybersecurity standards familiarity is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide ISSO cybersecurity support for RMF compliance and ATO management.
• Maintain and update eMASS packages and documentation.
• Coordinate with TSRL IT and AFRL stakeholders on security controls and assessments.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation actions.
• Prepare SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, and other RMF artifacts.
• Advise leadership on risk posture and cybersecurity requirements.
