Job summary

Great Hill Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support the National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC). You will work with the ISSM to maintain cybersecurity posture, support RMF and A&A activities, and coordinate with stakeholders across disciplines to ensure secure mission execution.

The role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a strong background in RMF, and hands-on experience with DoD cyber frameworks.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related discipline, and/or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, RMF processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the ISSM on A&A activities and RMF implementations.
• Monitor RMF steps and ensure a strong security posture across systems.
• Enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and security controls.
• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming cybersecurity events and policies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure security compliance and readiness.
• Maintain ATO packages in the designated System of Record (e.g., eMASS).
• Review audit logs to detect anomalies and threats.
• Ensure CM-approved software and antivirus definitions are installed.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and risk mitigation.
• Deliver cybersecurity education and training as required.
