Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to join the Classified Cyber Security Team supporting DoD programs. You will help ensure government requirements are met for classified information systems and provide liaison with Authorizing Officials.

The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and collaboration across Cyber Security professionals, with opportunities for growth and career advancement in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570.01-M IAM II certification required
• Experience with security standards and frameworks (FIPS, NIST SP 800, JSIG)
• Experience managing cybersecurity requirements in SAP/SCI environments
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate Cybersecurity teams
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Classified Cyber Security Program with program management leadership
• Ensure training and certification compliance across offsite locations
• Mentor Cyber Security professionals to meet tactical milestones
• Interface with government Authorizing Officials for area of responsibility
• Develop system documentation for authorization and RMF monitoring
• Coordinate DoD RMF events and continuous monitoring activities
