Job summary

Momentum Engineering in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer - ISSO to secure complex information systems and ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements. The role covers information assurance, risk management, and security operations for mission-critical systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ISSO experience, active TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph, and DoD 8570 IAM Level I certification or higher.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Minimum 5 years as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level I certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Information Systems Security Approval Authority for assigned systems.
• Plan, implement, and enforce IT security programs across multiple systems.
• Maintain and secure mission-critical information systems and documentation.
• Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments in support of A&A activities.
• Prepare SSPs, C&A packages, and SRTMs.
