Job summary

Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a highly qualified ISSO to support information assurance activities for mission systems. The role requires active Top Secret clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and DoD 8570 IAT Level I or higher.

You will collaborate with system engineers, security professionals, and mission stakeholders to maintain security posture and documentation. Responsibilities include policy enforcement, risk assessment, security operations, and authorization activities in

Qualifications

• Five years of ISSO experience on programs of similar scope.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or 4 extra ISSO years).

Responsibilities

• Support the information assurance program for systems and mission environments.
• Help implement and enforce information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Maintain the operational security posture of supported systems.
• Perform day-to-day security operations and support system security activities.
• Assist with evaluating security solutions for systems processing classified information.
• Support vulnerability and risk assessment activities.
• Help manage configuration changes and assess the security impact of those changes.
• Maintain configuration management records for security‑relevant software, hardware, and firmware.
• Prepare and update System Security Plans, Risk Assessment Reports, C&A packages, and System Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Support security authorization activities in accordance with NIST RMF.
• Maintain records for workstations, servers, routers, firewalls, switches, and other infrastructure components.
• Assist ISSMs in maintaining appropriate operational IA posture.
• Assist with user identification and authentication mechanisms.
• Keep security documentation current as systems evolve.
