Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in a related field and 0-2 years of information technology experience with a cybersecurity focus and/or training.
• Within 1 year of hire, you must obtain and maintain a cybersecurity certification Security+ or equivalent.
• US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system compliance and auditing of information systems.
• Review and revise IS system plans documentation based on analysis of equipment configuration and security requirements.
• Oversee and manage the implementation of cybersecurity products (SIEM, vulnerability scanner, endpoint security, DLP).
• Assist with deployment and sustainment of continuous monitoring requirements on the IS.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to classified IS with adherence to policies and best practices.
• Assist in the design, development and implementation of IS security training for end-users and DTAs/ SAs annually.
• Assist in drafting procedures for protection of the information system.
