Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with TekSynap, seeks an Information Systems Security Manager to support the Prime Contract at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance and DOD 8570 IAM III, with experience across RMF, eMMASS, and security engineering.

The position includes leading a small team of ISSOs and ISSEs, developing RMF artifacts, and coordinating with the AO/SCA/ISO during the authorization lifecycle. Fort Belvoir location; standard business hours.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• DOD 8570 IAM III certification required.
• Six to fifteen years of information security experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate RMF accreditation reviews and risk analyses for systems and networks.
• Serve as the primary POC for security matters related to assigned systems.
• Develop security plans, policies and SSPs in collaboration with stakeholders.
