Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an Information Systems Security Manager to lead RMF workflows and ensure compliant security posture at a McLean, VA site. The role requires 4+ years of experience, TS/SCI with active polygraph, and hands-on experience with STIGs and XACTA 360.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated RMF, STIGs and XACTA expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF workflow and processes by proposing, coordinating, implementing and enforcing information security policies and standards.
• Review and approve access requests, devices and other authorizations.
• Maintain current system information in XACTA to support requirements; evaluate RMF changes and approve them.
• Manage multiple projects through Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) to Authority to Operate (ATO).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to mitigate vulnerabilities and document configuration deviations.
