Job summary

Office of the Director of National Intelligence is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead INFOSEC programs and teams across ODNI. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and auditing security controls and policies for information systems in accordance with FISMA and IC guidelines.

The ISSM will guide staff, review security plans, and coordinate with IC stakeholders to safeguard critical information assets while ensuring compliance with federal requirements and ODNI

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of INFOSEC concepts and governance.
• Familiarity with NIST security control standards (800-37, 800-39, 800-53/CNSS 1253).
• Experience developing and reviewing security plans and policies.
• Understanding of FISMA and IC security processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff responsible for strategic planning and management of INFOSEC programs.
• Develop and maintain security policies and system security plans for ODNI.
• Ensure information systems comply with INFOSEC requirements and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with IC partners and ODNI stakeholders on security guidelines.
