Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

BTS Software Solutions is seeking Counterintelligence Analysts who will provide timely, relevant advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities, ensure intelligence oversight compliance, and accurately document and report CI indicators or concerns. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-community meetings, assimilating large volumes of information, de-conflicting information, and producing reports. Analysts will research, create, and deliver multimedia, written reports, and CI products at operational and strategic levels using multiple reporting tools; review Contact, Lead, and Intelligence Information Reports, and implement corrective measures as needed.

CI Analysts will manage source data within the Integrated Defense Source Registration System, participate in Asset Validation Panels, and provide in-depth CI reviews of active assets. They will develop all-source association matrices on individuals of CI interest, maintain familiarity with signature reduction standards, and assist in applying signature reduction techniques following all standards.

Required Qualifications:

• At least eight (8) years of experience in counterintelligence operations within a Joint Special Operations Task Force, Inter-agency Task Force, National Intelligence Agency, Law Enforcement Agency, Joint CI Activity, or Combatant Command.
• Operational analysis experience of no less than eight (8) years in their analytical field; five (5) years in a managerial role supporting special operations and overseas tours with SMU or SOF in operational environments providing direct analysis support are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of F3EAD targeting methodology, with broad understanding of additional intelligence disciplines and demonstrable experience in leading analytical efforts culminating in products.
• Advanced skills in HUMINT Operations Cycle, CI Support to HUMINT, ARMS, Operational Risk Management, Patterns of Life Analysis, and expertise in areas such as Human Factors, Human Terrain, SIGINT Targeting, or Convergence Analysis.
• Deep understanding of CI theory, doctrine, rules, laws, regulations, directives, systems, and methodologies related to full-spectrum CI operations.
