POSITION AVAILABLE UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Primary Location: Ft Liberty, NC, Virginia Beach, VA, Columbus, GA, and National Capital Region

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

BTS Software Solutions is seeking HUMINT Targeting Specialists to assist USSOCOM in HUMINT and intelligence missions. The Contractor shall provide specialized non-personal labor, materiel, and services to support USSOCOM Staff in HUMINT planning/execution, including data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting. Support includes integrating, synchronizing, and prioritizing HUMINT missions to ensure compliance with DoD guidance and operational objectives. The specialist will assist in developing prudent courses of action (COAs) to resolve emergent HUMINT issues, determine priorities, employ technical knowledge, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an analytic or targeting role within a National Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command staff, or DoD operational units.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting HUMINT operations or programs.
• Completion of Targeting Foundations Course (TFC), HUMINT Targeting Training Seminar (HTTS), Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC), or equivalent (FHTC, AHTC, TNPC, OHTC).
• Advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, HVI Targeting, Human Factors, Human Terrain, Social Network, and Patterns of Life Analyses.
• Expertise in HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, systems, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in tradecraft, tools, and methods for HUMINT data collection and analysis.
• Deep understanding of HUMINT operations, collection strategies, management, and exploitation.
