Job summary

Camino Real Community Services is seeking a Full-Time ISS Provider in Pearsall, Texas to deliver supervised, structured activities and support to individuals in a community-based setting. You will work to develop essential living skills, safety, and independence through individualized care plans.

You will collaborate with families and care teams, document progress, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting meaningful community engagement for clients with developmental or intellectual

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Able to drive a wheelchair van to transport individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to clients in accordance with individualized service plans and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor client behavior and progress, documenting observations and reporting any significant changes or concerns to the care team.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and assist clients in developing coping strategies and life skills.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, individual, and family members to ensure continuity of care and address client needs.
• Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, safety protocols, and legal requirements related to client care and confidentiality.
