Job summary

The Exploration Company in Houston seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer to lead the ISS Nyx mission integration and certification, ensuring NASA interfaces and safety requirements are met. You will drive the certification plan from development through final approval for Nyx spacecraft operations to the ISS.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5–10 years in aerospace systems engineering with ISS experience valued.
• Knowledge of spacecraft systems engineering, safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration and certification for Nyx missions to the ISS.
• Develop and manage the certification plan aligned with NASA requirements.
• Coordinate with NASA and ESA for ISS integration and reviews.
• Implement Bilateral Integration and Verification Plan with joint activities.
• Support safety reviews and hazard control development and verification.
• Track verification/validation activities and close reports with NASA and ESA.
