Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Cincinnati seeks a JCRC Officer to expand external relationships, Israel engagement, and education across Greater Cincinnati.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-community outreach, and thoughtful public representation. Responsibilities include managing Israel-related programs, developing educational resources, coordinating community-facing programming, and sustaining partnerships with schools, civic groups, and interfaith partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships across different communities, institutions, and perspectives.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Israel Engagement: lead designated Israel initiatives and coordinate programming with Shlicha and Chaverim.
• Education: develop and deliver Israel, antisemitism, and community-relations programming; create resources for presentations and trainings.
• External Relationship Stewardship: maintain a portfolio of relationships, conduct outreach, and deepen engagement across Greater Cincinnati.
• Team & Organizational Responsibilities: collaborate with the JCRC team and participate in programs and events.
