Job summary

A2G International LLC is seeking an A&P Lead Mechanic to oversee ISR integration and maintenance, ensuring aircraft readiness and safe operation. The role includes supervising technicians and directing maintenance work packages, with emphasis on quality and airworthiness.

Training occurs in Titusville, FL with deployment rotations supporting CONUS or OCONUS missions; relocation is not required. Strong FAA knowledge and DoD clearance are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screenings.
• Currently possess or able to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance, or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of ISR integration and maintenance work packages from induction through return to service.
• Provide technical guidance in troubleshooting, inspections, and maintenance.
• Ensure aircraft are ready for flight and in safe operating condition.
• Perform maintenance on multi-engine piston aircraft and repairs on engines, propellers, and landing gears.
• Document all maintenance and repair work in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
