Job summary

Cannon Companies in Fort Lewis, WA seeks an ISP Project Manager to lead day-to-day ISP operations supporting federal and commercial telecommunications services, overseeing fiber and copper infrastructure, service delivery, and field operations.

You will manage subcontractors, ensure safety and compliance, forecast timelines and resources, and drive continuous improvement while guiding technicians and splicers to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years in telecommunications, ISP ops, fiber deployment, or network infra.
• 2+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Experience reading fiber designs and project drawings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ISP operations, ensuring reliable service delivery.
• Forecast timelines, labor needs, and resources for deployments.
• Coordinate 24/7 outage response and field support escalation.
• Oversee fiber and copper installation, testing, and documentation.
• Lead subcontractors and vendor relationships; ensure SLAs.
