Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced full‑time ISOC Assistant Program Manager (APM) with extensive security experience, high integrity, and professionalism to develop and implement operational strategies for the ongoing success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the ISOC Program Manager in leading, building, retaining, and developing a team of GSOC Operators and GSOC Staff to accomplish corporate goals.
  • Ensure ISOC maintains a competent and confident operational leader (ISOC Operators and ISOC Managers) 24/7/365 for rapid decisions.
  • Manage all serious incident reports (SIRs) and ensure they receive appropriate visibility and rapid decisions.
  • Motivate the ISOC team to accomplish organizational and tactical objectives.
  • Care for the ISOC team – managing goals, priorities, time off, and wear‑and‑tear.
  • Maximize fulfillment across all programs—prioritizing the highest visibility and profitability requirements first.
  • Monitor, organize, and oversee ongoing ISOC and operational program functions including staffing, training, scheduling, employee development, and client concerns.
  • Communicate internally with the ISOC Program Manager, Director of Operations, and operational program leaders to devise strategies to avoid bottlenecks.
  • Act as a redundant interface between clients and Surefox, establishing and fostering strong working relationships.
  • Assist with development, integration, tracking, and ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Communicate program status, issues, and risks in a timely manner.
  • Implement internal methods of efficiency improvement and highlight opportunities for operational improvement and efficiencies.
  • Assess and prioritize client requirements through key engagements and senior operational leader guidance.
  • Collaborate with staff members and other senior leaders to accomplish ISOC and company goals without neglecting client requirements.
  • Ensure operations and activities adhere to federal and state regulations as well as Surefox policies and procedures.
  • Responsibly allocate, prioritize, and direct company resources to ensure quality control of services.
  • Facilitate integration of new clients into the ISOC.
  • Assist the ISOC PM in standardizing scheduling, billing/invoicing, time cards, audits, onboarding, termination, QBR, SOP/policy integration, and other facets in coordination with the Director of Operations.
  • Assist the ISOC PM in fully assessing all operations leaders in core Surefox management tasks; work closely with Phoenix/Training Team and COO to execute training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the ISOC PM.
  • Take on ISOC PM duties in their absence.
Requirements
  • Must be eligible for employment within the United States.
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening.
  • Must be willing to travel as necessary.
  • 3+ years of work experience in project management, program management, or an equivalent director role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Adaptive leadership style, motivating the team to accomplish both client‑driven and organizational goals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical abilities, and sound judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex issues concisely.
  • Responsibility and accountability for the program.
  • Ability to analyze and manage budgets.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • Experience working with all levels of management, including director levels and senior executives.
  • Military background is a plus.
  • 4‑Year Bachelor’s Degree.
Salary

Tier 1 (0‑90 days): $110,176.39
Tier 2 (91‑181 days): $117,632.39
Tier 3 (181+ days): $126,271.51
