Job summary

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced ISO Quality Management Systems (QMS) Subject Matter Expert to support a Federal Government client in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will lead documentation-related quality efforts and apply ISO standards, international documentation standards, quality management, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of experience in ISO/QMS roles.
• Master’s degree in a related field or sixteen years of experience.
• ISO credential required.
• Lean Six Sigma credential required.
• Demonstrated expertise in ISO standards and quality management practices.
• Must possess a Secret personnel security clearance.
• Must be able to support onsite performance in Washington, DC.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert supporting ISO practices and international documentation standards.
• Lead documentation efforts related to applicable international documentation standards.
• Apply ISO expertise in support of program quality and service delivery.
• Support QMS practices and ISO 9001-aligned quality management activities.
• Identify, analyze, and solve problems that may affect service quality.
• Support documentation of procedures and maintenance of quality records.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Apply ISO and Lean Six Sigma principles in support of quality and process improvement.
