Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated ISO Parts Pro to build and maintain strategic customer relationships, dispatch drivers to meet delivery standards, and partner with GM for driver coverage. This role requires automotive systems knowledge and strong organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Achieve productivity and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers for strategic customers.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain core bank and strategic returns.
• Partner with SAM and leadership on account needs.

Essential Job Skills

• Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability, including ignition, internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust, etc.
• Fluency in English (Spanish a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers, peers, and management.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as P&L, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
