Job summary

A leading auto parts retailer in Michigan is seeking an ISO Parts Pro to build and maintain strategic customer relationships and achieve service objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of automotive systems and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include dispatching drivers and ensuring delivery standards are met. This role requires availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret P&L, safety rules, manuals; write simple correspondence.
• Understand and follow written, oral or diagram instructions.
• Accurate basic math for all units; decimals and fractions as needed.
• Familiarity with Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-shift availability.

Essential Job Skills Necessary for Success as a ISO Parts Pro

• Working knowledge of automotive systems, and diagnostic ability to include: Ignition, internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust, etc.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• The Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and management
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as P&L, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; ability to write simple correspondence
• Understand and execute instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
