Advance Auto Parts is seeking a ISO Parts Pro to manage customer relationships and driver dispatch operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Achieve productivity and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are met.
• Build and maintain a network of second‑source suppliers for strategic customers.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain core bank and strategic returns.
• Partner with SAM and leadership on account needs.

Essential Job Skills

• Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability (ignition, engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust).
• Proficient in English (Spanish a plus).
• Strong communication skills; ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and management.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as P&L, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; write simple correspondence.
• Understand and execute instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Use basic math accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide; handle whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule: willing to work assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
