Job summary

Graphcore is hiring an Integrated Management Systems Engineer to shape and deliver our integrated management system. You will translate ISO requirements into usable, scalable ways of working across engineering, operations, suppliers and corporate teams.

You will lead the internal audit programme, plan audits, report findings and drive corrective actions with owners, ensuring closure and continuous improvement. Team collaboration is central to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 principles in engineering or technology-led organisations.
• Lead auditor qualification in ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301 or ISO 9001.
• Experience designing or improving management system processes.
• Ability to translate standards into practical operating models.
• Experience working in complex product development environments.
• Structured problem-solving skills, such as A3, 5 Whys or Ishikawa.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Management System internal audit programme, including audit planning and execution, reporting findings, agreeing corrective actions and monitoring actions to closure.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations, Quality, engineering, operations and process owners to improve systems.
• Translate standards into practical operating models and workflows that teams actually use.
• Support risk-based decision making and continuous improvement across graphcore processes.
