Job summary

Networks Connect, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for our ISO-regulated facility in Indiana. You will own daily production operations, balancing safety, quality, and throughput while leading a team through routine work and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in industrial supervision and/or prior supervisory experience (around 3 years is a strong fit).
• Experience with logistics, process flow, or assembly work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Supervise cleanroom operations with personnel, equipment, and process compliance.
• Track and report KPIs related to quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and accuracy.
• Lead meetings to address corrective actions, quality issues, and CI initiatives.
• Manage attendance, disciplinary actions, and application of company policy for a team of 8–25.
• Facilitate team training in line with job proficiencies and requirements.
• Develop ISO documentation with team members and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Ensure safety procedures and evacuation protocols are followed consistently.
