Job summary

Rhopac is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the organization’s quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and customer expectations. You will oversee quality assurance and control across manufacturing, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve quality issues.

The role requires 3–5+ years in manufacturing quality and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality; demonstrated leadership preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience conducting or supporting internal audits.
• Experience with corrective action, root‑cause analysis, nonconformance management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and quality control principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001‑based Quality Management System.
• Lead internal and external ISO 9001 audits and support certification activities.
• Monitor QMS performance and report quality objectives, metrics, and trends to management.
• Establish and maintain inspection and testing requirements for materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Work with production to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Support supplier quality requirements and interactions with Purchasing.
