Job summary

SRC Holdings Corporation's SRC Industrial unit seeks a QMS/Supplier Quality Specialist to support the Quality team in maintaining the QMS and ensuring components meet Engineering and Quality requirements in a remanufacturing environment.

You will develop and maintain the QMS, assist with QC solutions to improve production efficiency, and work with suppliers on corrective actions while ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2-year associate's degree related to Quality Control and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a production facility
• Familiarity with product testing methods, quality control, and lean manufacturing practices
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage the Quality Management System, including preparing SRC Industrial for ISO 9001 compliance.
• Assist with document control and inspect supplier produced components for defects.
• Work with Suppliers on Corrective Action plans and track supplier performance.
• Support and service current products through customer and shop floor interaction.
• Maintain quality and safety goals of the organization and analyze processes for improvements.
• Collect data to support Quality Control metrics and participate in corrective action projects.
