Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) seeks a Quality Assurance Verification Assistant Manager to lead ISO9001 implementation, audits, and certification efforts in a state-of-the-art automotive setting.

You will guide staff on ISO9001 requirements, drive continuous improvement, coordinate internal and external audits, and collaborate across departments to uphold safety and quality standards. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Experience in the automotive industry with ISO9001/TS16949 certification.
• Knowledge of automotive systems including EV, chassis and electronics.
• Understanding of CAN communication (Controller Area Network).
• Able to read and communicate in fluent technical English.

Responsibilities

• Implement ISO9001 quality management system.
• Provide guidance on ISO9001 standards to employees.
• Conduct internal audits for ISO9001 compliance.
• Manage ISO9001 certification and external audits.
• Ensure documentation related to ISO9001 compliance is up to date.
