Job summary

Kōmo Home Staging is an award-winning home staging and design company serving Oʻahu, and we're growing! We're looking to hire two dependable, hardworking Logistics Managers to join our team in Kapolei, HI. This role supports staging installations, inventory handling, and warehouse operations.

Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. Starting at $22/hour with a guaranteed minimum of 15 paid hours per week.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be insurable and eligible to drive a rental box truck.
• Reliable transportation to the warehouse.
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture repeatedly.
• Ability to climb stairs, bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in Hawaiʻi weather.
• Successful criminal background check.
• No smoking or vaping during work hours or in company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Pick up the company rental box truck each Tuesday morning.
• Drive the box truck safely to staging properties island-wide.
• Return the truck with a full tank each Thursday evening.
• Load the truck using staging pull lists and installation schedules.
• Transport furniture to and from staging properties.
• Assemble furniture and install furnishings per designer plans.
• Care for inventory and maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Assist with staging installations and destaging projects.
• Maintain organized inventory and manage warehouse space.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and logistics systems.
• Perform other warehouse/logistics duties as needed.
