Job summary

Tommy Bahama is seeking an Island Guide to lead by example in our Edina store, driving sales and service while mentoring the team. You will develop a guest-focused culture, manage daily operations, and collaborate with leadership to maintain an island-inspired experience that reflects our brand.

You will coach staff, analyze performance data, and execute merchandising strategies to meet sales goals. A college degree in business or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of management team supervision experience.
• Experience with merchandising and retail visual concepts.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and identify opportunities for merchandising/presentation improvements.
• College Degree in Business or a related field.
• Willingness to perform other duties to support the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to motivate, support, and communicate with the store team.
• Build strong sales and service relationships with guests.
• Plan and execute store processes to achieve sales goals.
• Coach and develop Retail Team Members and support internal career growth.
