Qualifications

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
• Routine standing for duration of shift
• Safely maneuvering equipment such as hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools
• Scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Responsibilities

• Create a learning environment for front of the house team that promotes sales, service success and internal growth
• Serve the guest first and ensure the front of the house runs efficiently and in line with company policies
• Facilitate company learning and training programs, monitor performance and ensure on‑the‑job transfer of skills
• Partner with the GM to implement strategies to recruit and develop the team
• Foster open, authentic dialogue with restaurant teams and regional/corporate partners
• Ensure consistent execution of Company policies and procedures
• Incorporate safety programs for restaurant staff and guests and maintain a clean, safe, upbeat environment
