Tommy Bahama is seeking an Island Life ambassador to lead store teams and deliver world-class service in Columbus. You will coach, motivate, and develop staff while driving sales and guest satisfaction in a dynamic, island-inspired environment.

Ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, merchandising exposure, and a collaborative mindset. Must adapt to varied hours, including nights and weekends, to support business needs at the Columbus location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of management team supervision experience.
• Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts.
• Coached and developed a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to analyze reports and identify merchandising opportunities.
• College Degree in Business or related field.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination - Partner with Store Manager to motivate and coach the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Set the course by building sales and service relationships with guests across store operations.
• Build the perfect oasis by achieving sales plans through planning, analysis and streamlined processes with the Store Manager.
• Onboard your crew by coaching and developing Retail Team Members for growth and performance.
