Job summary

Little Palm Island is seeking a Guest Services Agent to welcome island guests and visiting yachts with warm, proactive service. You will be the information hub on the Island, delivering directions, answers and referrals in person, by phone or radio to ensure an unforgettable guest experience.

In this on-island role, you will collaborate with all departments to anticipate needs, respond quickly, and maintain a high-energy, friendly presence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Energetic, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Willingness to learn and work in a luxury island setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the island information hub for guests and yachts.
• Relay guest needs to the appropriate departments to ensure seamless experiences.
• Assist guests in person, by phone or radio with directions and support.
